Why I’m Adding a U.S.-Based PEMF Option to My Wellness Toolbox
I genuinely believe PEMF can be a valuable tool for dogs when we are looking at the body from a whole-dog perspective: cellular health, inflammation, recovery, mobility, nervous system balance, senior support, and long-term resilience.
PEMF stands for pulsed electromagnetic field therapy. The short version is that it uses gentle electromagnetic frequencies to support the body’s natural communication systems. The body is electrical. The nervous system is electrical. Cells communicate through electrical and chemical signals. So when we support that terrain, we are working with the body in a way that makes sense to me.
And you know me… if something supports the body without bulldozing it, I’m going to pay attention.
I Still Like PetsPEMF / OmniPemF
I want to be very clear about this because people love to turn everything into a this-versus-that situation.
I’ve recommended PetsPEMF. I still think they have good products. I’m not tossing them out the window like yesterday’s kibble.
But over time, I’ve had several clients express frustration with the ordering process, delivery timing, and support experience connected to the European brand OmniPEMF.
That does not mean the product is bad. I think it’s great -- I have 3 of their devices for myself and the dogs!
It means the experience has not always felt easy or smooth for pet parents who are already trying to make good decisions for their dogs. Though I have never had an issue with my own devices or the process or ordering.
When someone is buying a wellness device for their senior dog, their painful dog, their anxious dog, their working dog, or their dog who needs extra support, they do not need more friction. They need clarity, communication, and confidence.
Why Resona Health Caught My Attention
I’ve been looking for a U.S.-based PEMF option that may be a better fit for some of my clients and for my brand overall.
That’s where Resona Health comes in.
What I like about having a U.S.-based option is not just the product itself. It’s the practicality around it.
For many pet parents, U.S.-based support may mean easier communication, smoother shipping, less confusion, and a better overall customer experience.
I don’t just recommend things because they sound fancy. I want products and tools that real people can actually use, understand, access, and feel supported with.
If the purchase process is a headache, the instructions are confusing, or support feels far away, most pet parents are going to get overwhelmed and shove the thing in a closet and be frustrated with me for the recommendation.
Adding Resona Health does not mean I am abandoning other PEMF options. It means I am expanding the conversation and giving you new options.
Some pet parents may still prefer PetsPEMF. Some may prefer a U.S.-based company. Some may need help comparing options before investing.
That includes quality, accessibility, support, education, and whether the product fits into real life.
PEMF is one of those wellness tools I wish more pet parents understood earlier, especially for senior dogs and dogs with chronic patterns. Not because it is magic, but because supporting the body’s natural communication and recovery systems is smart.
I’ll be sharing more as I continue looking into Resona Health and how it may fit into canine wellness plans. I’ll let you know when mine arrives and how it compares in my opinion.
